    Dear Road Racing Ireland,

   I had the misfortune to try out the new Trackcare safety barriers at Glaslough and they are a great job. My bike seized at the end of the start and finish straight and spat me straight through the screen onto my face on the road at Church corner. I hit the Trackcare barriers at about 80mph according to the marshals and it was like hitting a marshmallow, it wrapped around me as I sank into it and let me out slowly. It saved me from serious injury and saved my bike too, I would like to thank Monaghan R.R.C. for their concern to the riders safety and to the Celtic Motor Cycle Club of New York U.S.A. for their help in buying the barriers. I think I am very lucky to be alive and well thanks to the Trackcare safety barriers.
